Mild adenoidal enlargement is seen not causing significant narrowing of the posterior air way.
Prominent palatine tonsils are seen.

This is 5 year old boy presnting with cough and shortness of breath. Evaluation by lateral view of the postnasal space was requested depicted adenoidal and palatine tonsils enlargment.
