Adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder
Abdominal CT scan of this 71-year old female was performed for staging reasons, no specific complaints.

Stones of various size are noted in the gallbladder. The gallbladder is not well extended and shows some mural enhancement. In the fundus and also more proximally at the infundibulum some dilated intramural diverticula are seen, so-called rosary sign.
Adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder. On CT the gallbladder is known to have the characteristic appearance of wall thickening and a rosary sign.
