Case Discussion
Surgery and histopathological examination confirmed adenomyomatosis gallbladder and ruled out gall bladder carcinoma.
Adenomyoma is a benign lesion, is a process of hyperplastic nature that affects all layers of the gallbladder wall, especially the mucous and muscular layers. The localized form at the bottom of the gallbladder gives the appearance of "phrygian cap".
