Young female with epigastric pain.

Patient Data

Age: 30-40 years
Gender: Female

MR demonstrates typical findings of fundal adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder with intramural cystic diverticula.

Case Discussion

Adenomyomatosis is one of the hyperplastic cholecystoses. This case illustrates typical findings of adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder with pearl necklace sign.
