Irregularity of the uterine contour with multiple small outpouchings of the contrast material from the endometrium into the myometrium suggesting diffuse adenomyosis.
A thin linear filling defect in the left side of the upper uterine cavity probably represents an intrauterine adhesion.
The fallopian tubes fill and spill normally, with normal dispersion of contrast in the peritoneal cavity.
Case Discussion
The imaging findings are suggestive of diffuse adenomyosis.
