Ill-defined thickening of the junctional zone is associated with multiple small T2 hyperintense foci throughout the fundus and body myometrium.
Small fibroid along with uterus posterior wall.
Case Discussion
MRI demonstrates an enlargement of the uterus associated with thickening and blurring of the junctional zone with multiple T2 hyperintense foci consistent with adenomyosis.
