Edema and thickening involving the anterior band of inferior glenohumeral ligament with surrounding soft tissue edema, is pathognomonic of adhesive capsulitis. The clinical history and radiological findings usually corroborate in this classic diagnosis.
Also evident here is mild subscapularis and supraspinatus tendinopathy involving the anterior and mid fibres.
Above findings are in keeping with adhesive capsulitis and mild subscapularis and supraspinatus tendinopathy.
