Presentation

Abdominal distension. Mother feels there is a lump in her son's abdomen.

Patient Data

Age: 8 years
Gender: Male

Multiple cysts of varying sizes are seen in liver, and bilateral kidneys consistent with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease with massive hepatic involvement.
