Adrenal adenoma

A 13 mm nodule is noted at the lateral limb of the left adrenal gland, measuring -10 HU at precontrast and 110 HU at the arterial phase.
Case Discussion
Even though there is a large degree of enhancement on the arterial phase, the presence of intracellular lipid is compatible with an adrenal adenoma. Pheochromocytoma does not demonstrate intracellular lipid.
