Adrenal adenoma

Well-defined ovoid hypodense right adrenal mass with no calcification, necrosis or hemorrhage. The attenuation value on non-contrast images was 17 HU. On post-contrast images, the density value was at 51 HU on the portal phase and 21 HU on the delayed phase (15 min). The absolute washout was ~88% and the relative washout was ~58%.
Case Discussion
An absolute washout of >60% or a relative washout of >40% highly suggests an adrenal adenoma.
