Sigmoid cancer. Adrenal nodule on CT. Metastasis?

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
mri

3 cm right adrenal nodule with intense signal dropout on out of phase imaging.

Normal left adrenal. Simple cysts in the kidneys. No other abnormality.

A 'textbook' example of an adrenal adenoma.

Pronounced signal drop out on the out of phase images doesn't come any better than this.
