Adrenal calcification
Frontal

Calcification is demonstrated on either side of the T12 vertebral body consistent with calcification within the adrenal glands.
Case Discussion
Incidental adrenal calcification in a one year old child, has a relatively broad differential but most likely relates to previous hemorrhage or if of the correct demographic, prior TB. Other differential to bear in mind in this age group is neuroblastoma.
