Right upper quadrant pain

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

There is a large retroperitoneal unilocular cyst (density of 7 HU), arising from the right adrenal gland with no peripheral enhancement, displacing the right kidney. Simple cortical renal cysts are noted as well as large calculus in the gallbladder.
