Adrenal cystic lymphangioma

Presentation

Work up for right flank pain and hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

A 60×35 mm cystic lesion with peripheral calcification is present at right adrenal gland which shows no obvious enhancement on post contrast images. 

Case Discussion

The patient underwent right adrenal cyst resection and histopathology evaluation confirms adrenal cystic lymphangioma which is rare.

Adrenal lymphangiomas, also known as cystic adrenal lymphangiomas are benign vascular lesions, most often found incidentally during abdominal imaging studies, abdominal surgery or at autopsy.
