Gender: Male



Enlarged right adrenal gland with a mixed attenuation and surrounding fat stranding likely due to adrenal hemorrhage.

Right clavicle fracture. 

No other traumatic injuries. 

Adrenal (3 months later)


Right adrenal hematoma has markedly reduced in size in keeping with near complete resolution.
