Presentation
The patient presented for characterization of an incidental adrenal mass detected by outside ultrasound.
Patient Data

Large right adrenal mass with average attenuation of 14 H.U.
The arterial phase study shows peripheral nodular enhancement that matches the blood pool attenuation.
Delayed studies show progressive centripetal filling of the mass with attenuation matches the blood pool.
No aggressive features.

Comparing enhancement of the mass with blood pool in the aorta reveal almost equal attenuation.
Case Discussion
The mass showed typical features of hemangioma in terms of the pattern of enhancement and blood pool match but a rare location, the adrenal gland.
While hemangiomas are usually treated conservatively, such adrenal lesions are usually resected to exclude the remote possibility of aggressive lesion or collision adrenal tumor.
