Adrenal metastasis

Patient presented with cough and blood tinged sputum for 6 months

Patient Data

Age: 55-60
Gender: Male

This patient was evaluated by CT thorax and was found to have a lung mass. He was sent for an ultrasound of the abdomen to screen for metastasis. USG showed bilateral adrenal enlargement.

Case Discussion

Bilateral adrenal nodules are highly suggestive of metastatic disease in a patient with lung cancer.
