Presentation

Work up for abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
ct

Several gas containing gallstones are seen. 
A 90×60 mm fat density mass is present at right adrenal gland most consistent with myelolipoma. 

Case Discussion

Adrenal myelolipomas are rare, benign and usually asymptomatic tumors of the adrenal gland characterized by the predominance of mature adipocytes.
