A 60×58×50mm well-defined fat containing mass is noted at right adrenal gland.
An 8mm hyperdense stone is noted within the gallbladder.
Case Discussion
Features are most consistent with adrenal myelolipoma.
Fat-containing adrenocortical carcinoma, lipid-rich adrenal adenoma and adrenal teratoma could be considered in differential list.
