Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
mri

Lesion in right suprarenal region appearing hyperintense on T1, T2, heterogeneous hypointense on T2 fat sat sequence with areas of signal drop on out-of-phase suggesting fat component.

Multiple calculi seen in dependent part of lumen of gall bladder.

Case Discussion

Findings are suggestive of right adrenal myelolipoma.

The cause of pain is likely to be cholelithiasis.
