Adrenal myelolipoma

There is a well-defined round solid lesion containing fat in the right suprarenal region. It indents the undersurface of the liver and the upper pole of the right kidney. No calcification or cystic changes inside.
Case Discussion
Incidental note of right adrenal myelolipoma on a chest CT exam. It is a benign tumor of the adrenal gland affecting adults and characterized by its rich fat content. The differential diagnosis includes retroperitoneal liposarcoma and adrenal cortical carcinoma.
