Sizable fat density ( -90 t0 -100) mass with internal septations and soft tissue component, is seen in the right supra renal region. The mass is compressing the right kidney inferiorly. After contrast administration no mild septal enhancement is noted.
Case Discussion
Macroscopic fat containing mass in the adrenal region confirms the diagnosis of myelolipoma. Myelolipoma is a benign adrenal mass which contains adipose tissue and myeloid component.
