Findings consistent with known adult polycystic kidney disease are demonstrated, with both kidneys essentially replaced by innumerable cysts. Further numerous cysts of various sizes are scattered throughout the liver. The pancreas, spleen, adrenal glands, bowel appear normal. Bladder is unremarkable.
