Advanced degenerative joint disease is seen in both hip joints as a loss of joint space, subchondral sclerosis and irregularity, marked joint surfaces deformity with the remodeling of the acetabular parts, and flattening of the femoral heads, particularly on the right side, and osteophytosis.
