Advanced cervical spine degenerative changes

Severe neck pain.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Degenerative changes are seen as endplates irregularity and sclerosis, disk space narrowing and osteophytosis at cervical spine. Grade I spondyloretrolisthesis of L2 on L3 and grade I spondylolisthesis of L3 on L4 are observed. Normal lordosis of cervical spine is reversed and scoliosis with right ward convexity is evident.

Features on x ray are compatible with advanced degenerative changes of cervical spine in 70 years old patient with severe neck pain.
