Corpus callosum is not visualized.
Posterior horns of lateral ventricles are dilated - colpocephaly.
Widely spaced lateral ventricles - racing car sign.
No associated interhemispheric cyst or lipoma.
The posterior fossa is normal.
Case Discussion
This case represents typical features of corpus callosum agenesis in which corpus callosum is not visualized as a midline structure and interhemispheric fissure is seen reaching up to 3rd ventricle. Posterior horns of lateral ventricles are dilated suggestive of colpocephaly. No associated posterior fossa abnormalities seen.
