History of epilepsy.

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Brain

Mild generalized parenchymal volume loss.

Agenesis of the corpus callosum with interhemispheric sulci reaching the roof of third ventricle.

Associated widely spaced and prominent ventricular system, in particular prominence of the trigones (colpocephaly). Hippocampal hypoplasia is also seen bilaterally.

On top of well known "a racing car" sign on axial images, the combination of findings gives "a moose head" sign on coronal T2 images at the level of hippocampi.
