Incidental congenital abnormality identified on a patient undergoing CT head for a new onset left hemiparesis.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

The lateral ventricles are widely spaced and the third ventricle sited highly.

The 'racing car'appearance of the ventricles is present.

The corpus callsoum is absent.
