HDU patient. Respiratory sepsis.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Endotracheal tube, NG tube, and right internal jugular lines suitably sited.

Extensive bilateral panlobar consolidation, with dense left lower lobe consolidation. Small left-sided pleural effusion.
