Right adrenal mass.

Right kidney from the bottom of 3D volume has wrapped on the first image (top of the 3D volume) and is superimposed on right lung.

Case Discussion

Aliasing artifacts may also occur between end slices in 3D imaging. In this 3D GRE T1 sequence, right kidney from the bottom of 3D volume has wrapped on the first image (top of the 3D volume) and is superimposed on right lung.
