There is right lower lobe collapse likely due to a mucous plugging. Multiple central bronchi show to be filled given a "finger in glove" appearance, particularly in the left lower lobe. Also, patchy areas of groundglass opacities and a few centrilobular nodules.
Case Discussion
Although ABPA is rarely seen in the absence of asthma, this patient showed high eosinophils at bronchoscopy.
