Presentation
A 50-year-old male with a history of long standing asthma presented with increasing breathlessness for 6 months. Routine blood tests revealed that the patient has eosinophilia.

CT scan shows bronchiectasis associated with bronchial wall thickening predominantly in the anterior segments of the upper lobes, lingula, right middle lobe and both lower lobes. The lungs are also hyperinflated.
