The anterior inferior labrum is detached from the 5:30 position to the 3 o'clock position with medialisation of the more superior component and associated periosteal stripping of the inferior component. The rotator cuff tendons are intact. No Hill-Sachs deformity. The biceps tendon and biceps labral complexes are intact. AC joint is normal. There is apparent chondro-labral separation of the posterior labrum.
Comment The findings are consistent with an anterior labral periosteal sleeve avulsion (ALPSA) lesion.
