Multilocular expansile lytic lesion involving the parasymphyseal region of the left mandibular body. It shows cortical thinning yet no cortical breakthrough or soft tissue mass.
Case Discussion
Pathologically proved ameloblastoma which is slowly growing locally malignant 2nd most common jaw tumor. It usually appears as multilocular lesion, however when it is unilocular it becomes similar to ameloblastic fibroma.
