An expansile cystic lesion with scalloped corticated borders and multiple internal bony septations in anterior aspect of mandible with involvement of the alveolar ridge particularly on the left side.
Case Discussion
The multicystic and expansile nature of the lesion is most likely consistent with ameloblastoma, which is a locally aggressive but benign cystic lesion involving the mandible or less often the maxilla.
