Amiodarone lung

Numerous reticular opacities, most marked in the right upper zone.

Multiple areas of patchy ground glass throughout both lungs, particularly dense in the right upper lobe. Increased reticular changes are also noted particularly the lung bases. Some bronchiectasis is noted in the medial basal segment of the right lower lobe.

Pretracheal and para-aortic lymphadenopathy is also present, the largest of which measures 1.2 cm in the pretracheal region.
