Multiple areas of patchy ground glass throughout both lungs, particularly dense in the right upper lobe. Increased reticular changes are also noted particularly the lung bases. Some bronchiectasis is noted in the medial basal segment of the right lower lobe.
Pretracheal and para-aortic lymphadenopathy is also present, the largest of which measures 1.2 cm in the pretracheal region.
Case Discussion
Chest x-ray and HRCT in an elderly patient on amiodarone demonstrates features are consistent with amiodarone lung.
