Ampullary tumor

Double duct sign with dilatation of the intra-and extrahepatic biliary ducts (CBD 12 mm) as well as the pancreatic duct (5 mm).
Small ovoid enhancing mass bulging within the lumen of the 2nd duodenum at the expected level of the ampulla of Vater. No lesion is seen within the ductal lumen nor at the pancreatic head.
