Amyand Hernia

3 mm hypodense lesion in segment 8 of the liver. No traumatic injury identified in the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, adrenal glands, kidneys, bowel or pelvic organs. No free intra-abdominal fluid or gas.

Bilateral L5 pars defects appear to be long standing, causing minor Grade 1 (2mm) anterolistheses of L5 on S1. No fractures identified.

Indirect right inguinal hernia containing the appendix (Amyand hernia).
