Inguinal hernia containing appendix with an appendicolith, without acute inflammatory signs. Small bowel air-liquid distension, especially jejunal, with two hypogastric identified zones of caliber changes. Hazy small bowel mesentery. Hypodense nodular formation (0.7cm) at hepatic segment VII.
