Anaplastic oligodendroglioma

Modality: MRI

A large mass in the right temporal lobe demonstrates central regions of non-enhancement with peripheral heterogeneous enhancement. There is extensive involvement of the overlying cortex and the solid components demonstrate restricted diffusion. 

Case Discussion

The patient went on to have surgery and histology revealed the lesion to be an anaplastic oligoastrocytoma.
