Common hepatic and splenic arteries directly originate from the aorta as a normal variant.
A 7 mm small cyst is noted in the 8th hepatic segment.
Case Discussion
Classic branching of the celiac artery is seen in approximately 70%, and as an anatomical variation, any of the three celiac branches may arise independently from the aorta or SMA, or the celiac artery may give rise to other branches.
