Aneurysm of posterior communicating artery

No acute abnormality detected. No intra/extra-axial bleeding. No overt signs of acute infarction. Normal gray-white matter differentiation. No evidence of brain lesion.

A left sided PCOM aneurysm is seen. Bilateral fetal PCOM can be seen also. otherwise the anatomy of circle of Willis is conventional.
No evidence of subarachnoid bleeding (on FLAIR).
No other lesion can be seen.
