Aneurysm of the terminal internal carotid artery

There is a saccular aneurysm of the terminal segment of the left internal carotid artery measuring 9 x 7 mm with a neck measuring 6 mm.
The remainder of the arterial circle of Willis is unremarkable.
No subarachnoid hemorrhage is seen.
Cerebral volume loss with chronic small vessel ischemic changes is noted.
