x-ray

A large lytic lession involving the left illium. There is a narrow zone of transition with no evidence of soft tissue mass or periosteal reaction. A benign pathology is favored.

mri

A large lucent expansile lesion extends from iliac crest to the acetabular roof. Multiple cysts with fluid/fluid levels, are identified. No solid enhancing mass is identified.
