Age: 8 years
Gender: Male
Nuclear medicine

Mild uptake of the radiopharmaceutical in left ischio-pubic region.

Large expansile and lucent  bone lesion in the inferior pubic ramus and ischium with internal septa. It  well-defined margins and measures approximately 4.5 x 2.9 x 8.3 cm.
There are some areas of cortical interruption in its inferolateral aspect without overlying periosteal rnew bone formation.

No associated soft tissue abnormalities.

Preserved bone density.

Case Discussion

Septate and expansile - lucent lesion located in the left ischium/ inferior pubic ramus. There is a broad differential for this appearance, although aneurysmal bone cyst is high on the list.
