Aneurysmal bone cyst of talus

Well defined cystic lesion in talus bone with fluid-fluid layering, which shows blooming on gradient images. Mild joint effusion is seen at tibio-talar joint and subtalar joints.
Mild fluid signal is seen in the soft tissue on posterior aspect of left talus bone.
Case Discussion
These findings represent benign bone cyst, wich is most likely to be an aneurysmal bone cyst.
