Pain at the anteromedial aspect of the left foot.

A well-defined lytic bone lesion in talus bone with multiple internal cysts with fluid-fluid levels.

Case Discussion

Aneurysmal bone cyst is a benign expansile tumor-like bone lesion with common location at the metaphysis of long bones. The affection of the talus bone is relatively uncommon.
