7 months of low back pain and waddling gait

Gender: Male
Modality: X-ray

Expansile lytic lesion in left body of the sacrum. 

Modality: Nuclear medicine

Delayed scan shows minimal isotope accumulation in the left sacrum. 

SPECT coronal slices show photopaenic lesion in left sacrum with foci of increased isotope accumulation. 

Modality: MRI

Typical features of ABC ie expansile mass with large cavities containing fluid/fluid levels indicating blood product. Minimal peripheral enhancement of the cystic spaces
