In the anterior thigh root, there is a solid fusiform mass that surrounded the femoral vessels. This lesion shows low signal intensity on T1-weighted images, hyperintense on T2-weighted images and high signal on STIR sequences. After intravenous administration of gadolinium, there is homogeneous enhancement.

Histological report: benign vascular lesion; morphological aspect compatible with angioleiomyoma.
Case Discussion
Vascular leiomyoma or angioleiomyoma, is a benign smooth muscle tumor that originates in the tunica media of veins and arteries. It can occur in the dermis, subcutaneous fat or fascia, and can be located anywhere in the body, more frequently in the extremities, especially in the lower limbs. It prefers middle-aged women.
